Indian BIRDS is a specialist journal that is committed to publishing peer reviewed manuscripts that add to the knowledge base of South Asian Ornithology. A majority of such manuscripts come in from amateur ornithologists—the bedrock of ornithology. Authors who publish in Indian BIRDS do not pay a publication fee. Indian BIRDS is now in its ninth year of publication. It is as much respected worldwide for its editorial content, as its print quality, and is widely cited in ornithological works. Indian BIRDS depends entirely upon subscriptions and advertisements from supportive organisations.
Your generous support is vital to the continued publication of Indian BIRDS. We assure you that every rupee of your contribution will be utilised in maintaining the high standards of the journal, ensuring its regular publication, and in enabling ornithologists publish their observations and studies.
